Our Upholstery Cleaning Process:
Pre-inspection: We start by checking the furniture for the kind of fabric and the condition of the soiling. This assessment will assist us to know the right treatments to use and if any stains need particular focus.
Pre-vacuum: We clean any dry dirt and dust from the fabric. By applying our cleaning solution to the upholstery, we are able to loosen up any hidden dirt.
Rinse, extract, neutralise: Our extraction tool helps us flush the fabric to remove the now loosened soil. This also sanitises your upholstery as well as deodorises it. Our PH balanced treatment is then applied to avoid any sticky residue. We’ll go over the fabric again and use a special spotting treatment if there are still some stains.
Speed drying: If needed, we can use our air movers to speed up the drying process.
Post grooming: We use a grooming brush to set the fabric’s nap in a single direction so it looks nice and neat again.
Post inspection: As our client, you always get to inspect our work before paying your bill. If you are satisfied with our cleaning, we will have you sign the receipt.
